📋 Description

• Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives
• Optimize productivity and efficiency on the sales floor
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers
• Provide product education on features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care
• Educate guests on the ALO community and culture to create authentic experiences
• Maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and strong customer service

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales experience preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and team
• Knowledge of store goals, initiatives, and product launches
• Willingness to move around the store to assist guests and keep areas merchandised
