Senior People Business Partner

📋 Description

• Act as in-region PBP for LATAM; partner with leadership and GTM teams
• Support on People programs, initiatives, and regional needs
• Collaborate with COE and global PBPs to design programs
• Provide data-driven people decisions and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as HRBP or global HR role
• Experience in fast-growing tech companies
• Ability to shift between strategic programs and day-to-day needs
• Solo/lead People partner experience for a region
• Strong analytical and HRIS experience (Workday a bonus)
• Business-level Portuguese and English; Spanish preferred
