Recruitment Program Specialist (Midshift)

📋 Description

• Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process.
• Manage requisition intake, sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, onboarding, and contractor
• Document req intake conversations in Fieldglass/Beeline databases.
• Use reports to track open requirements and supplier sourcing progress.
• Set expectations and timelines with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Coach staff vendors and monitor performance against SLAs and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end recruitment process understanding, especially contract recruitment.
• MSP or contract hiring experience is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and share market insights.
