• Lead and support the store team to deliver an excellent operational and visual experience.

• Own omni customer experience and ensure visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the in-store team; conduct evaluations and succession planning.
• Maintain store operations: open/close, stock, pricing, and back-of-house routines.
