📋 Description

• Lead Anaplan architecture across sales compensation, headcount planning, forecasting
• Own governance, data integrity, and model stability
• Partner with Sales Finance, RevOps, Accounting leadership
• Drive FP&A modernization and automation initiatives
• Manage external consultants and ensure on-time delivery
• Present platform strategy to finance leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building Anaplan solutions; 3+ years in leadership or senior IC
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 2+; Master preferred)
• Strong in Anaplan, data hub integration, finance planning
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives
• Vendor management with external consultants
• Strong stakeholder management; explain technical concepts to non-tech audiences
