• Build relationships with leaders and teams in the UK, Asia, Australia, and other regions to drive
• Partner with managers on performance management, organisational design, and complex people issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in HR Business Partner/People leadership roles with knowledge across employee
• Be accountable for employee relations, coaching, and developing organizational structures; drive
• Strong ability to resolve employee relations issues, counsel managers and team members, and support
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build credibility across all levels; collaborative
• Experience working with global teams and across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, etc.).
• Meticulous organisational and planning skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and
