📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for experienced-hire searches across multiple functions
• Partner with hiring managers as an advisor to calibrate roles and sourcing strategy
• Hire globally across EMEA, LATAM, and North America with time-zone overlap
• Build pipelines via market mapping, direct outreach, and referrals
• Manage candidate experience end to end with clear communication
• Operate recruiting processes in Ashby with automation to support hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting senior/experienced hires
• Depth in G&A hiring (Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance) with bonus for Product
• Multi-region recruiting experience across EMEA and the Americas
• Full-cycle autonomy and strong time-management across time zones
• Hands-on ATS ownership (Ashby or equivalent)
• Senior stakeholder credibility and strong written/async communication
