📋 Description

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Data Processing Agreements with customers
• Develop, maintain, and scale global privacy programs; prepare Data Protection Impact Assessments
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate privacy and data protection laws for
• Monitor and respond to changes in privacy laws and regulations, including AI regulations.
• Support AI-specific regulation compliance, including the CCPA governance framework and related
• Assist in classification of AI systems, risk obligations, and development of internal AI governance

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in privacy and data protection
• Proven expertise in U.S. and E.U. data protection law, with familiarity across global compliance
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for data privacy, AI, and security matters
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across legal and business teams
• Highly responsive, detail-oriented, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
