📋 Description

• Achieve store sales goals through ALO experience and Brand Mission.
• Provide authentic product education on features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care.
• Deliver an engaging guest experience through genuine connection and store culture.
• Maintain knowledge of store goals, initiatives, and product launches.
• Ensure engaging customer interactions and a friendly shopping environment.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to a clean, inviting space.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on a team and receive feedback with a drive for excellence.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform movement around store.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including Black Friday/holiday periods.
