📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate commercial contracts for GTM teams
• Review, draft, negotiate vendor/supplier agreements
• Ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk tolerance
• Provide clear, pragmatic counsel to go‑to‑market teams
• Address legal/business risks while enabling deal closures
• Create and maintain deal enablement tools and templates

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar
• 2–3 years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in a fast-paced setting
• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal advice balancing risk and business needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with GDPR, CPRA and CCPA
