Junior Legal Counsel - Commercial

📋 Description

• Primary contact for day-to-day contractual reviews, negotiations, and drafting of commercial
• Check terms of standard agreements against company policy; amend/extend existing agreements.
• Manage renewal/extension dates and related negotiation timetable.
• Present legal issues to management with analysis, options, and recommendations.
• Support the wider legal function on strategic or ad-hoc matters as required.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as business needs evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Laws or Master of Laws degree.
• Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Very good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with different teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with risk identification and solution focus.
