Senior Counsel - Commercial

📋 Description

• Senior Counsel to support commercial deals for Lambda's AI cloud platform.
• Negotiate customer, data center, partner, reseller, distributor, and marketing contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
• Advise on contract structure and risk management.
• Leverage legal tech to streamline contracting and compliance.
• Improve team operations, templates, and playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; member of at least one US state bar.
• 10+ years legal experience; 3+ years in-house (tech/SaaS preferred).
• Extensive experience drafting/negotiating complex commercial transactions.
• Fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects.
• In-house collaboration and business-focused legal guidance.
