📋 Description

• Lead and improve a risk-based monitoring framework for downline agencies.
• Partner with QA and case management to use data in risk assessments.
• Analyze monitoring data to identify systemic compliance risks.
• Own carrier-facing reporting of monitoring findings and CAPs/PIPs.
• Develop executive dashboards on performance and risk trends.
• Mentor compliance staff and represent cross-functional discussions.
