🎯 Requirements

• Direct business development with new relationships
• Pipeline of 5x annual revenue target
• Identify opportunities for $3M ACV total or $1M digital
• Deliver $4-10M in-year revenue while hitting EBITDA
• Consultative sales across digital, IT, CX, and process transformation
• Use manufacturing domain expertise to create demand
