📋 Description

• Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting in-store experience for Knix customers.
• Actively listen to customers and guide them to Knix products for the right fit.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and support visual standards and store operations.
• Exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment (AOV, CVR, UPT).
• Escalate issues to the Manager on Duty as needed and collaborate with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus; strong people skills are essential.
• Team player who can adapt, stay flexible, and handle multiple interactions with care.
• Experience working with KPIs and sales targets is an asset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
