📋 Description

• Handle administrative tasks for regional recruiters: scheduling calls, interviews, assessments
• Support projects to improve candidate experience and recruitment efficiency
• Coordinate career fairs and the summer intern program
• Maintain ATS data accuracy
• Learn recruiting tools: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Analytics
• Assist in resume screening for various roles

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in third or fourth year of Business Admin, HR, or related program
• Prior office or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Positive attitude and team player
• High integrity and ability to protect confidential information
