Digital Pathology Sales EMEA - DACH region (m/f/d)

In August 2025, Evident completed the acquisition of Pramana, Inc., combining Pramana’s advanced autonomous whole slide imaging and AI-driven technology with Evident’s leadership in clinical microscopy and optics. Together, we are advancing the next generation of Digital Pathology 2.0, helping pathology labs improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance workflows.

To accelerate this growth across the region, Evident is now building a dedicated EMEA Digital Pathology Sales team. This is an opportunity to join Evident at an exciting stage of our expansion into Digital Pathology and play a direct role in building our EMEA business. You’ll work at the intersection of pathology, advanced imaging, digital workflows, and AI, helping customers transform how pathology is performed.

Tasks

Your Mission

Join Evident as we build and expand our Digital Pathology business across EMEA in DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will develop new customer relationships, grow market share, and help pathology organizations transition from traditional microscopy to advanced digital workflows.

Working within an international, matrixed team, you will combine consultative selling, technical understanding, and strategic account development to turn complex customer needs into successful digital pathology solutions.

Position is remote with travels in the DACH region and surrounding areas, fluent English and German is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Grow Evident’s Digital Pathology business, building a strong pipeline and delivering sales targets and market-share growth.

• Develop strategic territory and account plans, qualifying opportunities and mapping key stakeholders and their clinical, technical, operational, and financial needs.

• Present and demonstrate Evident’s Digital Pathology portfolio, clearly communicating the value of digital workflows and tailored solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding pathology workflows and translating customer needs into effective solutions.

• Collaborate with specialist teams and partners on demonstrations, IT/workflow integration, AI/application testing, ROI, tenders, implementation, training, and support.

• Manage complex sales processes, including solution design, negotiation, contracting, and implementation planning.

• Build relationships with KOLs and thought leaders and represent Evident at conferences, congresses, and reference sites.

• Partner with Customer Care, Technical Support, and Service to ensure successful implementation and high customer satisfaction.

• Stay current on digital pathology, AI, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies.

• Maintain accurate opportunities in SFDC and provide reliable sales forecasts and reporting.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in Digital Pathology, Healthcare IT / Software, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences.

• Experience selling scanners, histopathology solutions, clinical diagnostics, laboratory workflows, and IT systems (LIS, LIMS, PACS).

• Fluent English and German

• Strong business acumen and an understanding of digital pathology systems and software applications in clinical and/or research environments.

• Proven consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage customers from laboratory and technical specialists through to senior decision makers.

• Excellent negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Even Better If You Have

• Experience in histopathology, digital pathology, clinical laboratory sales, healthcare IT, medical devices or IVD-regulated products is highly valued.

• A background in IT/technology sales, strategic selling, or large-account management would also be a strong advantage
