📋 Description
- Support employees and managers across the full employment lifecycle with a focus on EMEA.
- Handle ticketing requests and resolve cases with SOPs and judgement; escalate when needed.
- Process lifecycle events in Workday across multiple countries (hires, onboarding, offboarding, role
- Support global mobility, immigration, benefits, leave processes, and payroll readiness globally.
- Monitor employment legislation and implement changes in People Ops processes.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records in Workday and other systems.
🎯 Requirements
- 2 years in People/HR Operations; multi-country exposure preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS; reporting and configuration experience a plus.
- Knowledge of EMEA employment practices (UK, Germany, Lithuania).
- Compliance mindset with ability to escalate when needed.
- Clear written and verbal communication; organized and collaborative.
