• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Sell products and promote the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives
• Maintain garment care, presentation and a clean store floor and back of house
• Engage customers with fashion trends, stories and product knowledge
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas per best practices
• Support stock replenishment and in-store omni services and tech tools

• Sales experience in fashion/retail or service industries
