- Sales Advisor role in creating a unique customer experience
- Support nearby stores in your Sales Advisor duties
- Greet customers and guide them with trend/product knowledge
- Ensure the sales floor and backstage area are filled, organized and inviting
- Represent H&M authentically and positively
🎯 Requirements
- Passion for fashion and a drive to create a unique shopping experience
- Experience in customer service, ideally in fashion/retail
- Thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication, creativity, curiosity; comfortable with store tech
- Proactive and flexible, available Fridays and Saturdays
- Willing to work at other store locations if needed
