• Oversee day-to-day People Operations for the EMEA region
• Manage employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, system admin, compliance
• Partner with leaders to address market trends affecting People Ops
• Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures

• Own OKRs and report outcomes to leadership

• Experience delivering People Ops goals through strategic management
• Comfort managing responsibilities across multiple countries and providers
• Experience measuring success for a People Ops team and individuals
• Strong business partner to leaders; trusted go-to for People topics
• Detail-oriented, organized across complex regulatory frameworks
