📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor.
• Drive sales and optimize store operations with coaching and store layout tweaks.
• Deliver world-class customer experience and ensure operational excellence.
• Open/close duties and cash handling responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with management to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Support brand values and product knowledge to guide customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory/coaching experience with feedback and training.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Preferred: experience with skincare/cosmetics and DEIB or cross-cultural training.
