🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting for software/AI roles.
• Experience with high-growth SV tech companies or AI-first orgs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple senior/complex searches independently.
• Strong sourcing skills and proactive outreach across channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management with technical hiring managers.
• Willingness to work on-site five days/week in Mountain View.
