Workplace Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Workplace EHS programs and compliance across Wing’s U.S. locations.
• Develop scalable safety, compliance, and operational readiness processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure sites are safe, compliant, and ready for operations.
• Manage cross-site workplace projects from planning to implementation.
• Support new drone delivery locations, R&D labs, and workplaces with repeatable programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, corporate real estate, facilities operations
• Proven track record managing multi-site initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and risk.
• Direct experience in workplace safety, regulatory compliance, or EHS in R&D, lab-based, or
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience creating standardized procedures and documentation for scale.
