📋 Description
- Role performs scheduled diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings) in provider practices using company
- Field-based role with up to 100% travel to provider practices and patient homes in the Nashville
- Travel to and from appointments is covered by the company; training provided on imaging equipment.
- Coordinate daily eye exam schedule and travel logistics; maintain relationships with providers
- Engage virtually with team members and customers on non-appointment days.
- Support quality improvement, patient outreach, and customer success as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel daily (up to 100%) to provider practices; no prior eye exam
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Associate degree or greater in a related field.
- 1–3 years of healthcare experience; knowledge of medical terminology, quality measures, billing, or
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and multiple healthcare systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in
