📋 Description
- Hands-on procurement and construction lawyer to support sourcing, contracting, and delivery of
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiations of equipment procurement agreements, EPC, design-build, and
- Partner with procurement, construction, engineering, real estate, finance, and operations teams on
- Negotiate terms with vendors, OEMs, contractors, subcontractors, and engineering partners.
- Advise on risk allocation, schedule, performance, claims, and change management in construction
- Manage outside counsel and develop templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to enable speed
🎯 Requirements
- 5–10 years of legal experience focused on construction, procurement, infrastructure, or complex
- Hands-on negotiation experience in equipment procurement and data center projects; cross-border
- Strong knowledge of EPC, design-build, construction management, and related contracts.
- Experience guiding outside counsel and delivering practical work product for internal teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with pragmatic risk management.
- JD from an accredited law school and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
