📋 Description

• Be a trusted advisor to clients; demonstrate our sustainably created diamonds and VRAI jewelry
• Assist with jewelry selection, diamond education, care, and policies (returns, upgrades, resizes).
• Maintain a calendar of virtual/in-person appointments and nurture leads.
• Collaborate with showroom/virtual teams on clienteling and design projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to close sales in high-volume environment; mandatory diamond sales history.
• Strong jewelry industry background; gemologist certification preferred.
• Independent, motivated, organized with strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• People-person who is tech-savvy; able to work non-traditional schedules including weekends.
