People Business Associate (Short-term)

📋 Description

• Support Roblox managers and employees, inclusive of responding to their general process and policy
• Assist managers with handling and resolving employee performance cases, accommodation requests and
• Own elements of HR service delivery and drive operational excellence through effective teamwork
• Build strong cross functional relationships with partners across the People team as well as
• Demonstrate the highest standard of confidentiality and build trusted, productive relationships
• Effectively utilize HR systems and reporting tools, maintaining data accuracy and integrity and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
• [Preferred] Experience supporting employees outside of the US
