Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Education analytics focused on GTM insights, retention, and finance for curriculum
• Collaborate with Education stakeholders to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Develop/maintain data models and pipelines for Education and Post-Sales data
• Build and automate dashboards/reports in Sigma and Tableau to track key metrics
• Own weekly business review files and ensure validated, goal-aligned reports

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in data analytics, BI, or related technical role
• SQL proficiency with complex queries
• Data transformation with dbt; maintain data models
• BI visualization with Sigma/Tableau
• Experience building dashboards and single source of truth data pipelines
• Strong communication; able to translate technical data for all levels
