📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and convert users into verified active users
• Handle 500+ hot leads daily via multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram)
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure onboarding and activation
• Improve onboarding flow to boost conversion and reduce drop-offs
• Communicate project value, benefits and expectations clearly
• Work with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Spanish native or at least C2; English B1+
• Ability to manage large lead volumes across social channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with focus on conversion, retention, and performance metrics
• Independent, fast-paced, target-driven work style
• Pro-active approach and desire to contribute to the project
