VP, Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Senior-level counsel to support data center leasing and corporate matters.
• Draft and negotiate data center leases, MSAs, NDAs, and related agreements.
• Structure deals including joint ventures and land purchases with cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable legal templates, playbooks, and negotiation processes.
• Manage outside counsel and budgets to deliver timely results.
• Support compliance, risk management, and vendor agreements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active U.S. bar membership.
• 10+ years in large firm and in-house, with data center leasing experience.
• 5+ years negotiating hyperscale and enterprise data center leases.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional matters and local counsel coordination.
• Strong business judgment and collaborative communication.
• Ability to run transactions with minimal oversight.
