• Drive People strategy for our Tel Aviv site. Own the end-to-end people partner experience for our
• Provide end-to-end coaching to local site leaders and managers to build high-performing teams.
• Bridge global HR strategy with local Israeli culture and business needs.
• Lead and develop the local HR team with high performance and operational excellence.
• Partner with global teams on performance, compensation, engagement, and succession planning.
• Act as the heartbeat of the Tel Aviv site and guide teams through changes for an excellent employee

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced high-tech environments.
• Proven track record in agile startups and global companies.
• Hands-on ER and working knowledge of local labor law and regulations.
• Experience directly managing and leading a local HR/people team.
• Strong ability to navigate matrixed global structures and multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in ambiguity; strategic partner to leadership.
