Data Quality Analyst (Salesforce Data Steward)

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce data quality across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities.
• Improve data accuracy for geography, industry, company size, DUNS.
• Automate validation checks and data refresh with SQL/Python.
• Develop dashboards using Salesforce and Power BI to monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Ops to prevent downstream issues.
• Apply AI/automation to data matching, enrichment, and validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing Salesforce data and data models.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience creating automated data-quality checks from business rules.
• Experience with AI/automation for data activities or strong interest.
• Hands-on with DemandTools or similar tools; Power BI and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of data governance, MDM concepts, and SFDC APIs/SOQL is a plus.
