Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality

📋 Description

• Own supplier qualification across suppliers, co-manufacturers, copackers, labs, and dist partners.
• Conduct on-site audits of supplier facilities and distribution centers.
• Lead supplier corrective actions from issue ID to remediation and verification.
• Build and analyze supplier scorecards for quality and compliance.
• Perform regular supplier performance reviews and drive improvements.
• Verify compliance with GFSI, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in supplier quality, food safety, QA, or related field.
• HACCP certification with practical experience.
• Internal Auditor certification with hands-on audits.
• Direct experience with SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, or similar.
• Experience leading supplier audits and corrective actions.
• Strong FDA food safety/regulatory knowledge.
