📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions.
• Partner with leaders to plan hiring strategies and pipelines.
• Build pipelines through research, networking, and referrals.
• Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Guide interview process with hiring managers and SLAs.
• Maintain compliant ATS data and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition in high-growth settings.
• Experience recruiting across technical, corporate, and high-volume roles.
• Strategic sourcing: Boolean search, social recruiting, job boards, referrals.
• Hands-on with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS).
• Analytical: translate funnel data into improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
