📋 Description

• Lead policy engagement with U.S. Government and allies on tech security and foreign disclosure.
• Shape international release pathways for autonomy, aircraft, and AI-enabled tech.
• Collaborate with DoD, State, NSC, and partners to align opportunities with policy goals.
• Coordinate with engineering/product teams to translate tech into policy strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in national security policy, tech security, or related fields.
• Experience with U.S. national security interagency.
• Understanding of U.S. decision-making on international defense partnerships.
• Strong strategic communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to translate defense tech into policy considerations.
