- Lead the QA operations team with accountability for performance and spend.
- Support ISL Quality Management System and continuous improvement.
- Ensure audit readiness and participate in site governance via S&OP.
- Position QA Operations as a value-adding partner for future business.
- Oversee document management, change control, and CAPA tracking.
- Lead cross-functional integration with QC and supplier/customer audits as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Science graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in analytical testing and 3 years in QA.
- Deep knowledge of cGMP requirements.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and quality culture.
