📋 Description

• Grower 1 assists with nursery production of forest seedlings at PRT Red Rock in Prince George, BC
• Operate water, fertilization and greenhouse programs per Crop Prescriptions
• Manage Argus environmental control for irrigation, climate and alarms
• Monitor seedling growth using morphology and tissue analyses
• Inspect for insects/disease and apply control measures
• Train seasonal irrigation staff and maintain safety practices

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of greenhouse equipment and climate control
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and maintain records
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions
