Legal Operations Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end legal operations projects across intake, matter management, advice requests, and
• Translate priorities into concrete project plans, timelines, and execution steps
• Support AI enablement across Legal, evaluating and piloting AI tools and assisting with training
• Build and maintain legal metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting
• Evaluate and improve legal tech stack and vendor relationships (knowledge management, matter
• Develop legal knowledge assets (templates, playbooks, FAQs, self-service resources)

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years in operations or project management, cross-functional systems/process experience
• Experience in-house with a legal team or closely with one
• Builder’s mindset; comfortable with multiple moving pieces in a shaping function
• Experience designing processes/systems for Legal or other G&A functions from requirements to
• Comfort turning business needs into practical process/system requirements; interest in applying AI
• Ability to operate with general guidance and maintain momentum in a globally distributed org
