📋 Description

• Own and develop SIXT’s total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent
• Create and evolve SIXT’s Employee Value Proposition
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to translate business goals into rewards programs
• Drive market benchmarking, vendor management for benefits, and LOA policy education

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in total rewards with advanced compensation design and benefits strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance; CCP/GRP/CEBS a plus
• Expertise in compensation benchmarking, job architecture, market pricing tools, HRIS, and data
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into insights
• Accountable, outcome-driven, and able to optimize rewards strategy and impact
