Job Description
📋 Description
- Prepare 2-3 strong candidates for every sales demo
- Conduct discovery and present Wing’s value on Google Meet
- Bring live candidates into calls for introductions (3–5 minutes)
- Close sales upon client agreement with chosen candidate
- Complete post-demo admin, CRM updates, and Discord coordination
- Notify Success when verbal commitment is secured to begin onboarding
🎯 Requirements
- Proven sales/account executive or client-facing experience
- Structured discovery and consultative demos
- Comfort presenting live candidates and managing real-time interactions
- Excellent verbal communication on video calls
- Highly organized, own end-to-end process from prep to close
- Experience using CRM systems; Discord/HubSpot a plus
