Site Contracts Specialist I /Contract Manager I

📋 Description

• Manage execution of Clinical Trial Agreement amendments using templates and guidance.
• Manage Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements with approved templates and procedures.
• Support site budget amendment negotiations within parameters.
• Track contract and amendment negotiations in sponsor systems.
• Review and quality-check contract deliverables for accuracy.
• Assist finalization and execution of CTAs and site budgets when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related
• Up to 2 years of experience in clinical research, site contracts, or related areas.
• Understanding of CTAs, site budgets, budget negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with site start-up activities and site activation processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
