📋 Description

• Onboarding end-to-end, ensuring a welcoming, organized start.
• Coordinate onboarding with IT, Payroll, and hiring managers.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes for accuracy feeding downstream systems.
• Maintain records across systems (ChartHop, ADP, Leapsome) with proper documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose AI-enabled, scalable improvements with cross-functional

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in People Operations/HR.
• Strong understanding of full employee lifecycle and data integrity.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, leaves of absence, employee relations, talent programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; empathetic and clear explanations of processes.
• Judgment to escalate issues appropriately; high attention to detail for compliance data.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment; collaborative, service-oriented approach.
