Credit Card Counsel

📋 Description

• Embedded legal partner to engineering, product, and design teams for spend management features
• Advise on regulatory and commercial implications of product architecture, data flows, and AI
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on credit, lending, card network, privacy, compliance
• Draft and maintain customer agreements and terms for spend management software
• Support product launches with data handling, integrations, and partner arrangements

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in law firms and tech/fintech advising credit card, lending, or regulated financial matter
• Familiarity with TILA/Regulation Z, ECOA/Regulation B, UDAP/UDAAP, card network rules (Visa
• Excellent written and verbal communication for memos, guides, agreements, and disclosures
• Ownership mindset and ability to handle complex matters with sound judgment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work fast-paced environment
• Law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction
