📋 Description

• Embedded legal partner to engineering, product, and design teams for spend management software
• Translate regulatory, card network, and bank partner requirements into practical product decisions
• Advise on regulatory and commercial issues for software/fintech products
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on privacy, security, compliance, and disclosures
• Draft and maintain customer agreements and feature-level terms
• Support launches and data handling in relation to product features

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in law firms and tech/fintech advising credit, lending, and commercial matters
• Familiarity with TILA/Reg Z, ECOA/Reg B, UDAP/UDAAP, card network rules
• Excellent written and verbal communication for memos, guides, terms
• Ownership mindset and ability to work on complex matters with sound judgment
• Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced environments
• Law degree and bar admission in at least one jurisdiction
