Global HR Generalist - Contract

📋 Description

• Execute HR support for regional HRBPs across global teams
• Interface with employees and managers on policy questions and escalations
• Own end-to-end HR programs: performance cycles, compensation, onboarding, offboarding
• Utilize AI to draft comms, analyze people data, surface insights
• Maintain HRIS data and track open items with accuracy
• Coordinate with HR colleagues across time zones to drive consistency

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years HR Generalist experience in fast-paced/global env
• Strong communication with employees, managers, senior leaders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
• Active user of AI tools in day-to-day work
• Solid HR fundamentals: ER, performance, laws, HRIS
• Collaborative, discrete, and judgment in handling sensitive info
