🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Corporate Training
• Experience in training needs analysis and gap identification
• Design and implement learning programs from concept to delivery
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience creating training materials, assessments, and activities
• Data-driven with ability to analyse trends
