• Serve as the engine of Bennie’s employee experience and operational foundation.
• Balance operational execution with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Support the entire employee lifecycle with data, AI-driven workflows, and a human-centric approach.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of equivalent experience in a multi-state remote environment
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HR tech stacks (Rippling, Lattice); comfortable using AI
• Multi-State Compliance: Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws for remote work
• Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem solving, independence, remote collaboration
• Location: Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the United States
