Job Description
📋 Description
- Oversee a team of drivers delivering to Domino’s stores
- Schedule drivers, route trucks, review trip sheets for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, laws, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints and concerns; train new drivers
- Maintain safety with JSOs and diverse, fast-paced environment
🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma; 2-3 years supervisory experience
- 2-3 years route scheduling experience
- Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA rules
- MS Office, SAP, Samsara, TMS, computers, scanners
- Willingness to support 24-hour operations
- Background check every 3 years; CDL A preferred; bilingual preferred
