📋 Description

• Lead Gauntlet's compliance program and governance.
• Draft policies and implement testing/monitoring.
• Establish reporting and escalation for compliance risks.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and information requests.
• Partner across Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, People, and Commercial.
• Advise on financial crime, privacy, securities, anti-corruption, and more.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building or majorly improving a compliance program.
• Broad compliance experience across multiple domains.
• Experience supporting regulatory registrations and audits.
• Willingness to execute hands-on and set approaches.
• Pragmatic risk guidance with clear no when needed.
• Good judgment and ability to raise concerns directly.
